With over three decades of experience in the early childhood education sector, I have dedicated my life’s work to helping children, educators, and early learning services reach their fullest potential. My journey has taken me from managing individual preschools to leading large-scale operations as Operations Manager and Head of Operations, where I oversaw multiple early learning centres, ensuring excellence in compliance, staff development, and service quality.
Throughout my career, I have guided teams through transformation — embedding strong leadership frameworks, improving regulatory outcomes, and fostering cultures that place children’s learning and wellbeing at the centre of every decision. I’ve worked closely with educators, families, and sector leaders to deliver sustainable, high-quality learning environments that make a lasting impact in their communities.
Today, as a Senior Consultant with Early Experts, I partner with early learning providers to strengthen compliance, streamline operations, enhance leadership capability, and lift educational outcomes across their services. My approach combines deep industry insight with practical strategies tailored to each organisation’s unique goals and context.
Alongside my consultancy work, I also serve as a University Lecturer, mentoring and inspiring the next generation of early childhood educators. Through teaching, I share both evidence-based practice and lived experience from decades in the field, helping future leaders prepare for the evolving challenges of the sector.
